stayed at the standard double room, it was clean and comfortable. very quiet surrounding. it's really close to midvalley and the gardens shopping malls. they have free shuttle services but i find it more convinient if posses own transport. It's close ( 1 km) to Mid Valley Mall (a big one) and 2 km s from kl Senter. Otherwise normal "medium" Malesyan Hotel.

good in-house service and accessible location, even many times we missed the junction.. : P. Parking is never a problem. Very quiet even though located near the expressway. The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff is very nice. Food is very good.Hotel Staff are very co-operative. No hassle with check-in. Very strategic location. clean. The hotel is quiet near to the Mid Valley Mega Mall..about 10-15 mins walking distance. If using taxi, the fair form Mid Valley Mega Mall is around RM5-RM8. The good thing is the hotel provide free shuttle from the hotel to KL Sentral. The room which we were staying was small with window. It is clean but no wardrobe. Overall, it is ok. The staff is friendly with professional service. The free internet connection is smooth with good coverage. value for money, easy access to the ciy. Friendly staff, fast internet. clean,tidy and big room. Internet speed is fast enough. Big room with parking. Just the location nothing else. had to request for iron and board every day as they took it back everytime they cleaned the room. Nothing to complain. lack of direction; signboard.. No drinking water. Tiny cockroaches were present throughout the room. Noisy sometimes. It is hard to get any taxi at the hotel. Some taxi drivers don't even know the place of the hotel. So, please inform the taxi driver the hotel is next to Lorenzo the furniture shop. 1.The toilet cannot be lock. 2.The sound proofing is bad. 3.The water pressure for the washbasin is a disaster. breakfast. the toilet door lock not working the wash basin had serious leaking. we didn't really appreciate how the staff treated us when we checked in there.. Full of coackroaches and strange smell. A lot dissatisfaction from my aunt and mom, because 1)the air cord not function well 2)No hair dryer, and soap, because others cheaper hotel also got provide all this 3)Internet booking only show RM125 plus the 6% and 10% = RM140++ and is only a small standard room, very overate 4) Internet din tell the booking for shuttle bus have to book 2 hours early, so it waste our time waiting there, because nearby hotel no public transport.
