The bell service should provide proper information for travellers who dont want to use taxi. I found that the bell service were not providing the correct information on providing routes via bus or train to popular destinations as taxi is quite expensive. I checked in around 6pm and gave instruction that an English papers be delivered to me the following morning. However, the next morning the papers was not delivered and I was told that I had checked in late so I had to go to the bell boy counter to get my newspapers! Traffic flow was poor during my stay and there was inadequate parking bays for cars. I had to wait in a queue for sometime.the room is quite small however by looking at the location. i cannot expect too much. during check in, the staff need to take so long for processing. i have to keep on waiting at the counter.The facilities provided is really too basic especially toiletries.no swimming pool , no other entertainment facility offered by hotel. I indicated that I needed a non-smoking room but during check-in we were asked to wait 1.5 hours for it despite explaining that I am expecting and that a non-smoking room is a neccessity for me. We finally checked into the hotel at almost 6pm. Furthermore, there are no swimming pool and gym facilities, and access to these facilities are chargable at an exhorbitant rate (not under the hotel).very poor service and bad experience during renovation. 1.main counter customer services (reception) very bad 2.room very small.
