The toilet door cant close nicely and there is no mirror at the room except toilet. The should have a mirror on the wall or on the table.
Poor booking experience, they only accept for online booking,
doesn't accept the call in booking, secondly, the government tax and
service charge is 16%, it should be stated down on online booking, but
it didn'T.
air-conditioning not working very well, may be because it is the olden type one. Sometimes cold sometimes very hot.
Did not have a fridge, no parking place at the hotel.
Room is really small, is either u or ur luggage... Wifi is only working
in the lobby. Not really clean... The complimentary water bottles tasted
sooooo bad, I would be ashemed in giving guests that water, is better
not to give water at all.
