Its a place that provides you a nice, clean environment at a very reasonable cost. The room we stayed in had all the basics you'd need for a 2-3 day stay. Staff was very helpful and considerate. The berjaya times square was a few mins walking distance that linked with the metro rail and it made it very easy to visit different places in KL. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but very clean and enough for us. Location is good, close to public transportation. Very enjoyable stay.

We have the Nazi lemak for breakfast, some bread, and fruit. It is near the shopping centre, but we arrived too late at night. The family room is big, clean, comfort, the most inportant is high security when you go in your room, is worth to stay in Beltif Hotel. Located in a good central position of the city. The room we stayed in had no windows and sometimes you'd lose track of time. Also the breakfast menu was very limited and there weren't any kitchen facilities so you had to eat out or deliver. Breakfast is a bit boring because we had the same food for 3-day staying. No window in the room / 30 RM deposit money to get a second key card in a twin room for 2 people / no glass door or curtain at the shower area so water spills out / bad cable TV reception and resolution / not enough replenishing of breakfast past 9:30 am / at least a 10 min walk to the nearest metro station. The breakfast not very good, only few choice. I asked for the way to go from the airport but no response. The best way is, take the express train (+ a coach ticket) to kl central then take a taxi to the hotel, or from kl cantral connect to lrt to Embi station which is in walking distant. No allocated parking. No closet space. thin walls and doors, music on corridor is annoying, sheet was not clean, cigarette-smell in bathroom, corridor has no air conditioning, no window in room. room had no window (but we knew before), sheet was not clean, extremely thin walls and doors, music on the corridor is very annoying especially in the morning. couldn't charge my phone if i am out of the room, air-cond is not cooling enough, buffet breakfast is not value-for-money. at least include porridge or cereals too. breakfast without Egg and cheese is a joke . i had to pay for eggs i hope it will improve in the future. Poor Television reception. this hotel do not allow our service car transfer to airport to park in front..they let their Guest to cross the street..what if accident happens?????. There is no fridge ,I travel among five hotels in malasyia and tHAILAND all has fridge except Beltif I complained to staff and manager. Location - though right behind time square but still a walk AROUND it which can be a distance for elderlys n kids. no cupboard and not much choice for the breakfast. this hotel never allow service car transfer to the airport to park in front of hotel for waiting their guest...Guest of this hotel must cross the streets,,too many vehicles on the go...accident friendly!!!. - very noisy, even can heard people chat next fm my room. breakfast too less choice.. The environment around the hotel surrounding with pub and karaoke. It was like a chinese area. a bit far from monorail ,it is a bit inconvenience if you have lots of luggages. Weak hot water. Bad tv reception. The area around the hotel. No continental breakfast but typically asian breakfast. breakfast was not up to the mark. very little option.i had to eat only bread. the staff couldnot guide us to go to places. they could not even arrange for the taxi. WORST - A/C DIDNT WORKED PROPERLY. i had complained for this, but the hotel staff didnot fixed. sorry to say. AC was bad. they were conservative to fill up the toiletries in the bathroom. Staff very bad with customers. I don't recommend to saty at belfit hotel for any one want to enjoy Kuala lumpur.
