1. Location, near monorail station, shopping mall and plenty of fastfood chain (pizza hut is right next door), 711 is right across the street 2. The cleanliness is ok, they provide wifi in room and hot water, also pretty comfy bed 3. They provide standard breakfast although it doesnt mention when booking (but just dont expect too much). Spacious room, with separate wall for someone who snores. Great breakfast but a bit slow for the staff. Great location, city centre, near to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, and shopping centres.

Close to the Monorail Station, the Shopping Malls, easy to get to KLCC (Petronas Twintower, Aquaria). The location was superb. Noisy late night because near main road. At this price I can not find anything I did not really dislike. Small room and it is quite noisy outside. Rather poor breakfast selection. Wifi signal is to weak, unable to connect. the hallway and cafeteria where breakfast is served are not clean. I was refused a room facing the main road. Being a couple of over 60, we could have enjoyed the view rather that strolling all the time on the road. May be next time. Who knows?. The shower is too weak. Need more variety in breakfast menu. None taking into account the room rate. Stayed only one night the water in shower was not warm enough to have a good shower. Wifi sometimes poor at level 2,better at 3. noisy. no window. The one thing we don't like about the hotel is the air conditioning in the room as it was a portable air-con and control by our access card to the room, so when we go out of the room for the whole day on sight seeing when we came back to the room it was like going into an Oven with temperature of over 40 degrees. I do hope the management of the hotel could bypass the air-con so that it could cool the room when the guests are out and come back to a cooling admosphere. - Nur ein Stecker verfügbar (am zweiten hängt der Fernseher). Fön nur auf Anfrage, und keine Steckdose im Bad. Kein kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer, nur in der "Lobby" (Ich habe da einen Wasserspender gesehen). - Only one Socket in the Room (second is used by TV). Hairdryer must be requested, but no Socket in the bathroom. No complimentary Water on the room, only available at the "lobby" (I just saw a water dispenser). The hotel was not very clean. had to request the House keeping to change the Bed linen and bathroom mat towel as both were not clean. Staff changed them when pointed out. It is slightly expensive compared to other hotels. Moreover, they had put a list of all inventory in the room with price per item that would be charged in case of misplaced. It really looked cheap. There should be mini bar in the room. Looking for/Taking a cab is a bit of a problem. No food served in the hotel, no window in my room. Very, very basic. No mini bar in the room. Even water is in the lobby. List of inventory in the room with the penalty clause looked cheap. Very Tiny room. Not very clean when I checked in, the bathroom mat & bed linen were dirty. However, house keeping changed them on my request. A bit over priced for the facilities. We had our meal at Dodge Restaurant twice and we are sweating everytime we eat there because the air conditioning is not working...though the food is acceptable and it is Value for money. No windows in room. the aircon needed some improvement. front desk staffs dealing. Noisy. Cleanliness. Smelly (cigarette). the guest room is too small. I came out immediately after checked in. Horrible room condition, uncleaned linen, horrible receptionist. I paid two days rent without staying for a minute. Very ignorant staff. I was not informed that i was given the windowless room. Lobby,terrible receptionist!!!. Aircond never service. Bed very uncomfortable.
