地點不錯，Cambell St. 的人行道算是平整好走的了，往Penang Rd. 方向出去，往右是CAT八號站，往左是CAT十二號站，去碼頭或光大車站都方便。.
Toilet too small.
Need to open the window to have natural light in the room, as it was covered by a dark plastic sheet. So basically you have a choice - either AC or natural light.
Price too high maybe?.
Should have a little renovation on the rooms and maybe change the bed and pillow in a timely matters.
too noisy! kids running around making a racket.
The blanket and toilet are too small. the rest are all fine.

I did like their hotel design n the services.
Looking for a car park is a nightmare with all the traffic. It look a more of a motel than a hotel. The bathroom is very tiny and the bed is full of bedbugs.
