Superb service. The pool is also very nice. I had a specific problem with a DHL packet which did not arrive on time. The Concierge managed to get it to the hotel very quickly and liaised superbly with me. Nothing negative to say. Everything is planned for your welcome and comfort through gentleness, flexibility, presence and quickness. The hotel was luxurious, staff were efficient and pleasant, weekend rates were very attractive. It was also extremely central and close to all amenities in the city.
