Friendly and helpful staff; cleanliness; fresh towels daily; breakfast - fresh fruit, good coffee and excellent bread rolls. The staff were very kind. The restaurant was excellent, if you like Italian food you'll love it. If you have a car it is excellently placed to explore Luxembourg city and Esch-sut Azur. It's also near the French and Belgium borders. The central heating is great, despite temperatures bellow zero outside we never felt cold. Staff spoke multiple languages (at the very least, Portuguese, English, french, Italian). all reviews »
the friendly way we were greeted.the staff very helpful.Room was large, internet access was good, breakfast was good. Very good restaurent. Friendly and helpful staff both hotel and restaurent. Speaks english. good restorant, large room. Wireless internet. Very quiet and clean. Sasha was fantastic he did everything he could for us to have a goodstay..(reception) .An excellent evening meal eaten outside. the cleanliness of the room. if you are a light sleeper you may be bothered by trafic noise, though we didn't find it to be particularly loud. If you park in the street remember to close drivers side mirror or you'll find it dangling (this is not a hotel criticism, but rather friendly advice). only the noise from the pizza delivery van men, but this was intermitant, and dosnt reflect the whole expirience. Room on the road-side bit too loud due to heavy traffic. Other side may have been better for a tired traveller. Unconfortable pillows and chair.My wife is diabetic we asked the cook to make an omelette..heREFUSED..it is a pizza place ..went out to eat elsewere..Also the hotelis right next to a very busy main road hence very noisey.the rest of thestaff had a careless attitude..we are glad we only stayed one night. Very basic breakfast. the second day of our stay at the hotel the reception inssist , in an anpolite way, to change our room and offer us 2 (bad) alternatives: one room with 3 beds (not for a three stars hotel) and the other one with the window at the backyard with a strong stink smell from the wasteboxes of the hotel.
