  Breakfast buffet and room service food quality were superior. Asked for iron with ironing table and was provided with one promptly and kept it throughout my 4 nights stay. Unbelievable seaview!!   From the lobby, to the breakfast facility, to the rooms, everything looks and is tasteful and strikingly attractive. The bedroom was attractive and very comfortable, with a balcony with a view of the sea and mountains. The location of the hotel is brilliant, smack in the middle of Hamra.   The location was fantastic, just minutes from Bay Rock and the Corniche, room was great size and really comfortable but very best thing about this hotel was the staff. I had some emergency paperwork that needed to be completed and Joyce and the other front desk staff were beyond amazing at making whatever I needed happen. The area is quiet the room was spacious and found out I was upgraded for free.. and definitely a 5 star treatment.. plus easy access to everything around you since its the center of beirut, ..
