Lina's cafe at the hotel. Mainly location and the people working at the front desk are really helpfull. What i recommend is the LINA'S Cafe at the hotel. Great place. Great welcoming staff. nice cozy room. perfect location. Very nice and friendly reception staff.Every body is 100 % professional and helpful .... Very central, great value and nice room.

It has the atmosphere of a 4-star cosy hotel, Decent rooms, and Temperature inside the rooms is very convenient, beds are comfortable, rooms are calm although it is located by Hamra main Street. you feel family service in the hotel. Good helpful staff and prompt service. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. The over all experience was ok but it could be definitely enhanced with minor changes that the management should look into.The price. The staff, especially reception was good,so was the location. HouseKeeping was lousy in promptness of getting things and inmaintaining the room.i paid my account cash andthey made upgrade for me. Position of hotel. I wasn't impressed with the level nor the service. Specially nothing!. Maybe a SPA. had a problem with one unreasonable staff member.Booked an airport transfer through the reception and agreed the price of 20 USD. The driver was untidy, even smelly and the car not so clean either. At the airport he was clearly not so happy with the price agreed. Left him standing and screaming 20 USD in his hand. Better deal to get a cab from a street corner and agree the price and pick-up time. Probably more or less the same price. It makes me feel home , so I don't want to go back and end thevacation...Staff at the front counter don't seem to know anything about Beirut or Lebanon from a tourist perspective. They couldn't even find Downtown on a map. The hotel didn't have any maps of the area as they had run out during the summer over 3 months ago. room service. i found pubic hair in my bed, i was charged 30USD for 2 phone calls that did not connect. mini bar and hair dryer were not available in the room.when reached hotel we faced prblem of water cut in rooms but it was solved within hour. More maintenance should be applied to the facilities of the rooms. The hotel seemed a bit old with the lack of continuous maintenance.bathroom smelt of sewage. 1- the reception dont answer the phone 2- the electrecity disconnectedmany times during 2 days. bathroom not good at all. bidet not fixed grandma could have died... The House keeping services. Initially the room lights didn't work,and after fixing one still didn't work. Tissue was not refilled forthe whole stay! The bathroom garbage bag wasn't changed, justemptied, towels were not replaced, and when replaced at times, theywere not clean.the preakfast anddidnot clean the roomandminybar so expensive. Staff, services. we were promised a deluxe room we ended up in a tiny not updated room. We were also promised a free parking, we were charged to park the car in a scary yard. Reception staff are a little bite impolite. They answer your question with another question or with bad manners.Instead of $ 20 they charged $ 50 for airport pick up, there was no running when I arrived, I booked up 2 rooms, I asked them over the phone for 2 connected rooms, they said availble, when I arrived they offered a suit of $ 120 and charged me the rate of 2 rooms ($ 140 + tax),. the hotel is not good at all.
