The restaurants are great over looking the beach, the Lobby is spacious and the marble work reminds me with the luxury palaces in Europe. I loved the style in general. The weather in February did not help me to use the pool or the private beach. In general I had great time. I really liked the stay in Regency Kuwait. Out standing facilities complelmented with excellent and friendly atitude by all working staff. Honestly commend the managemnt for having suhc collaborateing and customer orianted team.

The marble in the lobby and the rooms, especially the bath rooms is very nice looking. The beach is vey nice and private, although small. Also, the swimming pools are nice. The b/f is nice, not top, but it is ok. Parking in front of the hotel only for kuwaiti luxury cars - you have to sign on their papers that you well not bring food into the hotel but it was not mentioned in the website of letsbookhotel.com Small rooms. Everything was gorgeous; the ladies swimming pool was amazing, the see view, the natural light of the entrance hall makes you feel refreshed, the furniture is so luxurious. Really I liked everything there . everything was perfect, we had 2 deluxe rooms with conected door, the room was large and spacious, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom top of luxury, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Posh & Luxury all around. Bright lobby with sun light from the glass ceiling. Marbles, marbles, marbles. Very courteous staff. would definitely come back again to this hotel. I liked the service, they take care of you from the time entering the hotel plus they take your comment and they immediately try to fix or do what customer need is. The standard sea view room I initially got was on the ground floor right next to the entrance and right under the porch on the 2nd floor. No privacy at all unless you want to close the curtains all the time!! Good thing they were very helpful; I stayed in the room and refreshed and then they upgraded me to a spacious room on the 4th floor. Not sea view but one of the best rooms I've stayed in. They are bit slow once you order something like adaptor basically housekeeping. Charging my visa card couple of days prior to arrival although booking was made with free cancelation till 24 hrs. Breakfast was limited and the staff during breakfast were not as welcoming as the others. They didn't have bath tub in the room with terrace, so I had to trade the tub for a nice view/terrace with access to the pool and private beach. There is no spa ! also there is pool for children but there is no playground for them so they should swim all the day ;p they should have games and playground for them . also the hotel turn off all the lights outside @2 am ! we want to stay outside until the sunrise but there is no lights ;\. None. The only negative was that it was a little far from the centre of town. Food quality in general e.g., not tasty, also it is a bit expensive. The swimming pool u can't swim with bikini or one pice u have to swim with long shorts and t.s for ladies . لا يوجد. The pellow sheet was dirty and the sofa.. too much noise and music from out side. The staff of car parking was cheating the gusts. They do not have wifi in room beach area . - Not enough choices of restaurants - The room given to me (#110) was below ground level, with a view of a parking lot and villa construction. - Most luxury hotels have free pickup service from Airports to Hotel and vice versa. I had to pay for both. No spa, only one restaurant. Location sucks if you don't have transport, food and drinks in the restaurant are completely overpriced, staff is so eager to please it gets annoying after a short while. U cant have night swimming... the response of service is not that fast. I did not like that I could not bring a sandwich r a any type of food in to the hotel, as when I looked at the roles of the hotel when I made my booking it did not say anything about that but when I arrived over there I was told I cant bring any food or drinks like coffee or anything else I can only buy it from the hotel. I did feel that I was trapped since I already made the reservation and flow 14 hours from the us to Kuwait and had no choice but to agree. So that I did not like. Transportation is so poor. Breakfast food was limited. Car parking is not shaded. - Front desk staff - Check-out - Valet Parking staff - Food & Drink Policy has to be clear for everyone before the reservation is made. The policy says no food and drinks from out is allowed, even a bottle of water!!!! Unfortunately, the alternatives was very poor. - I didn't felt that I was in a 5 star hotel!! Specially with the front desk staff treatment. As a five star hotel, I surprised that the guest rooms miss the iron and tea/coffee maker!. Balconies are only available in first floor. Sometimes, waiters in the resturant (silk road) were a bit slow in serving. once they delayed our order (only soup) for more than 45 minutes. Insufficient knowledge of Reception staff e.g, they didn't know that diplomatic suite residents have a complimentary accecc to executive lounge. Internet connection a bit poor. - No information about the hotel facilities - No checking for the lights in room - No concierge service. Small room ram ( front desk officer) promise to move me to twin room as I have 2 children, but he never call me back cold water swiming pool. The price ,, bathroom very nerow ,,,. It's still expensive. The bathroom is little small There is no chance to do our coffe and tee. They take ID and check if its for same person. The wifi coverage is very bad. You can't enter drinks to the hotel No water heater in the room Over price.
