i liked the cool and cozy environment which the hotel management created to the guests where ever the location of their room is, nice music all day long, beautiful beach (although it known that the sea water in that region is polluted ) and most important very quiet. the proffessional way of dealing with guests specially Mr. Ali Haddad.the view '' see view and pool view''.

I think it is the number onehigh class hotel in Kuwait. I will revisit the hotel again in my nextvisit to Kuwait.everything was just perfect, food, rooms, good value for the price. service. There was a big variety of bakery, besides there was a selection of both Arabic and European foods. We had an incident where the lobby charged us for a juice higher than what is stated in the menu. When we inquired their answer was you asked for fresh juice, the juices in the menu are not. How were we supposed to know?. relax and quite area. nice location. every thing is ok and spechaly the breakfast. the room and the organization of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was the same for almost every day, there was no changes in the type of dishes, except one or two dish was changing. when you get into the hotel the security check is too much !!!!. Entering the hotel , Each time they have to check the car and all that. actually our room was in the basment and there was no view at all, we tried to change it but there was no availability.Price little pit high. should be using carbet on floor. i did not like that the hotel did not have a ladies saloon. I think the hotel rates are on the very high side. I don't think this hotel should be given a five star. The setting and plan of the hotel is a disaster. The main door to the lobby is cheap. To get to the breakfast restaurant we had to walk from our room which was in one of the wings to the Lobby, then from the lobby you have to take the lift downstairs, then walk in a twisted pathway to get to the restaurant. What was the architect thinking?. most of the staff are new and have littel information about the hotel. the carpets in the room need to be changed, waitress for resturants should be more helpful for customers. the hosbtalitiy of the hotel its very poor i have a problem with them i took coffe from outside then they told me u sholdnt take at the looby u shold go to ur room this is 1st time i saw that at hte 5 stars hotel so i need to dilver that massege to them as soon as poissble thanks and best regards. The staff was rude and uncooperative. The bed was very uncomfortable.
