Staff spoke English so all was stellar. - This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Bathroom was big enough with a separate toilet. The hop on hop off bus just a few footsteps away and airport bus right outside the door.   Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. The room is huge even for 5 of us to stay and it's so homely & well tho... what people say » ught and designed - a separate tatami sitting area with daily Nepresso coffee provided and facial masks. Though breakfast was not included but for usd - Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

Fact is you could actually live in the room quite comfortably for an extended stay.
