  Extremely friendly and helpful staff, my first time transit overnight stay in Seoul so cannot compare to other establishments but I would quite happily stay at Sky Hotel again as sometimes the people you encounter make all the difference, starting with the very friendly hotel driver my short stay was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable, (although a... what people say » n extra pillow wouldn't go astray for side-sleepers like myself), the room was clean, the location was convenient. - The staff is extremely helpful, and speaks English fluently. The schuttle service to and from the airport is very punctual. The hotle is less than 5 minutes walk to the train station, so you can easily take the train to and from the city in a day. WE've stayed at this hotel many times during our overnight layover in Seoul.

Korean Airlines (Mr. Kim in particular) did not miss a beat in getting me through customs and to curbside for Jake the hotel owner to pick me up and personally drive me to the hotel. I am visually impaired but it was like being able to see, considering the smooth transition. Jake was marvelous throughout my stay at the hotel. It's not the most luxurious hotel. Nonetheless, I recommend it highly.
