  The hotel is well-located. From Haeyundae subway station only 5 min to walk and the famous beach and the busan aquarium are just on the other side of the street.   The location of the place was superb.. It's so near the Busan station where we only had to walk 5 mins to catch the 620am ktx train to Seoul. It's also 3 mins walk from the Busan city tour bus stop. Too, it's 5-7mins walk from the Metro train station. In short, very accessible to the transportations in Busan. Room is clean. Filt - Location! 3 minutes' walk from Busan Station, and 30 minutes on foot to Busan Tower, and from there pretty much accessible on foot to Nampodong and Jagalchi Market. Motel was slightly worn-out and old furnishings, but basic essentials such as tub, washroom, airconditioning and hair-dryer well provided for.   Near to the beach and walking distance to subway. There are several food locations around as well. For those who like to drink, the area near the beach is lined with bars and cafes. - The location, the climate and the rooms of the hotel are all very good.
