Very good location. Located next door to Nampo and Jagalchi Market area. Metro station exit 17 is only 7 minutes walk away from the hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to travel to and stay in Busan. This hotel was perfect for me - walking distance to the train station, the room was comfortable and very clean. Best to go early to breakfast to avoid queues. The bed is comfortable and the room is very new, fully equipped with mini fridge, tv, safe. Bathroom has powerful shower.

Personnel hardly able to react outside of normal requests (that is, if you want something ordinary - it's not a problem if it's unusual - you might not be understood). The wait for the elevators. Had to walk down 17 flights of stairs as there weren't enough elevators for the number of guests. Nothing. The breakfast hall was too small to cater to the large crowd of guest The lifts were too slow. why we should check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am... late to check-in. Special request made during booking was not considered..... Breakfast room too small. 2nd floor canteen is too small. Breakfast was not so good for me. breakfast. Checkin after 4pm and out before 10am policy is stupid and you are meant to be out of your room all day so they can clean-ie from 10am till 4pm..so why am I paying for a hotel room? Staff tried to be helpful but limited English. The check in time could be brought forward from 4pm. The internet connectivity is very unstable. It has stricly regulation, the room is only available for 2 persons even for 2 young children below 10 years ( 4 & 9 years old), they insisted me to book another room, but finally they allowed me to stay with my children at same room, twin bed room. staffs are cool and not helpful. Receptionists are not eager to offer help. Breakfast area is very crowded. Staff a bit uncooperative..Break fast was Strictly Korean ..U have to manage with Bread Butter Jam.if u dont like korean Breakfast..Pure Budget Hotel with no additional frills. Double room a bit small with Kids. -check-in time at 4pm.. -my stuff in the midle of lobby -small breakfast area---espacially thru weekend(have to wait to find the spot to eat). There were not enough elevators for the number of guests, need to walk down 2. check in time is 4pm but checkin time is 10am, why??? 3. the air conditioner is out of service. Staff was not friendly and insisted that we gave the wrong room no. when we asked for our room key. The reception had wrote the wrong room no. in our particular form. The staff were not friendly even a little bit rude. When I was searching for my documents, one staff said to me that I just need to tell my name in a rude way. I booked 3 rooms for my whole family so I thought it would be better to show my documents. Apart from this, because of noise from outside, I could not sleep well. Some Staff is very impolite.
