  Excellent staff, very courteuos, and willing to accommodate any needs whatsoever with a smile. No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !! Being a disabled traveler, I was provided a brand new wheelchair and staff to help me wh... what people say » enever and wherever I needed to go. The concierge made all the arrangements to help my movements within the city, sight-seeing, pickup & dropoff a - Rosita Enami is an excellent customer service representqative. I had e-mailed her several times before our booking and she promptly e-mailed me back. When I entered on the day of booking, she was very helpful and diligently helped me with our reservation.She is an asset to the Rose Hotel.

  I stayed for 3 nights & was extremely impressed by the value for money , cleanliness & good location with accessibility to attractions like Chinatown , Yamate parks,Motomachi areas , Minato Mirai by walking . I am extremely impressed by the staff, Mr Takamoto who attended to me , he spoke very good English & gave good recommendations f... what people say » or ramen & travel & good clear accurate directions . Other staff were also good but spoke little English . will definitely recommend especiall - - Stayed in a double room and the bed was a very large double bed but also left much less space to move around and place luggage - Cost effective hotel, definitely targeted towards businesspeople.
