The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. Right outside was the train station, Landmark Tower, Cosmo World, World Porters, and The Red Brick Warehouse were all within walking distance of the hotel. Very convenient. I was traveling with 2 other friends and I loved the fact that the hotel offered a Triple-room at a low rate. Definitely will stay at this hotel or chain again!

The location is superb as it is VERY close to the station, Chinatown, the piers and gardens.. Hotel is very comfortable and not noisy at all. Free oolong tea (bottled) was provided daily and the buffet breakfast was adequate. Would stay here again and also recommend to our friends. -
