  The staff are very friendly and helped me in many ways, especially while I'm hindered by the lack of communication skills in the local language (Japanese), most staff are able to speak my language to ensure every moment of my stay as well as getting around is easy and enjoyable. If there's a... what people say » chance of coming back to Japan, this is definitely the choice of stay again. - YHV is a great hostel in its location and because their staffs are so nice to help you out , such as teaching you to go travelling in Japan. This is very important, especially most Japanese can't speak in English. But they are good at English so as to communicate with you easily!!! Also, you can meet lots of new friends from different countries in YHV.

  Although it was capsule room accomodations, the bath and spa area was quite convenient and relaxing both before and after sleep. Had a western style toilet available which is a plus for a budget hotel in Japan. Great for a one night business traveler. - If you have the opportunity, stay here for a night. The onsen is huge and the view is amazing-... what people say » it looks out onto the whole of yokohama. Very relaxing. They also supply you with pyjamas, toothbrushes, combs etc.

  I booked a single room with a big bed. Of course the room was small but it was fine for one person. There's a small kitchen on the 5th floor with gas cooker, a rice cooker and electric urn. The communal shower and Japanese bath is stocked with all the necessary items; but it opens only after 2pm. Breakfast is included and you get toast, spreads, j... what people say » am, a boiled egg and coffee. It's well maintained. Good value for money. - I like to stay in a traditionnal room. I like the quiet district.I like the large and convienient bathroom. The staff was hepfull even if they couldn't speak English.
