The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Also everyone at the front desk spoke English, which for us was a great bonus. We had a room with breakfast included, which was a delicious & varied buffet of Western & Japanese choices. This made for great value for us. There is a washing machine / dryer in the room! To me this was a deal-maker when we were choosing a hotel for the middle of our trip, and it definitely proved to be a great time saver not to have to go looking for a laundr.

Single "A" rooms are very small. Breakfast is adequate, but somewhat congested area for eating (Architect Café). The airconditioner fan was noisy and it was hard to turn the unit down. I was either too hot or too cold. Generally small room for the price, but you are paying for the location above all things. Room was small and lacking closet space. We stayed for 5 nights and there was only three hangers in the room. Staff supplied more on request. staff not very friendly. poor breakfast. small room. Nothing special about the rooms - they're just basic. Even though there was a diagram explaining the functions of the air conditioning control panel in English, it was extremely difficult to operate.
