    The Grand Prince Hiroshima is definitely a mixed bag. The rooms offer breathtaking views, the onsen is very chilled out and nice, and there's a ferry directly to Miyajima (one of the very best days we spent in Japan was on that lovely island). There's a great view from the bar at the top of the hotel, and even though it's far-ish from town, the bu... what people say » s ride is easy and quick. - 1. Beautiful location by the sea. 2. Direct access to Miyajima Island by boat (though more expensive than train and ferry option from downtown). 3. Cheap but delicious oconomiyaki eatery next to hotel, and small convenience store inside hotel. 4. Availability of triple rooms for family with one child.
