Very close to the Shin Osaka station (east gate). The staff is nice and speaks english. Free wifi is in the recepction, there is a place to sit down and drink free juices or coffe in the morning, eat breakfast. Room was cleaned every day - celan sheets and towels. Window with view on shinkansen track but it was very quiet in the room. -

spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency.

For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who received us at the front desk. Though the room was a little small and there was no place to put more than a piece of luggage, it was very comfortable. Some thought has been given to ensure that the guests enjoy their stay: the pajamas and pretty slippers. Have been sharing with relatives and friends of this excellent hotel in Umeda.

Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto.

The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.
