The hotel was awesome. It has nice marble tile floors, beautiful artwork. The staff was absolutely friendly, courteous and attentive. I was very posh and had many of the latest amenities like rfid room keys, smart tvs in each room, great shower and restroom. The decor was great. The restaurants on the premises are also great. The staff was excellent and the food is GOOD. They stay authentic to the Jamaican culture and they provide a large variety of food choices. My wife and I enjoyed our stag.
all reviews » Friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant was very good for dinner; perhaps less so for breakfast (limited choice). My room and bathroom were recently renovated and comfortable. Gym and reasonable pool. Excellent bar and staff. Close to Devon House and Bob Marley´s House as well as downtown business district and New Kingston. I loved the room,the staff,not to mention the food omggg!! Deeeeelicious,run dung muah!! Ackee n Saltfish,steam bammy o gosh...I Really loved the food...I Posted on Facebook about my stay n how I highly recommend ...I will definitely come back on my next vacation.....I'm a satisfied customer. The ambiance and the personal were very attentive and welcoming to me. The staff were very polity and caring. It made me feel welcoming and comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous. Your fantastic buffet breakfasts. the waterfall beside the dining room the sunday brunch the staff. the pool is great breakfast is amazing. Breakfast and clean renovated rooms. The hotspot was best through the smart television so you had to keep the television on to get the best internet available. For me as business traveller, no problem, but for a holiday couple, not really suitable as located in New Kingston which is certainly not a resort area!. The pool are looked very sad, wish there was a sauna. Only the pillows. Just a little too firm for me. Other than than the Terra Nova exceeded my expectation. nothing. The Pool Shower. Lack of Health Spa. Some of the Cocktails were a little weak. Nothing. Your rooms do not have any drawers for storing clothing. The location of your toilet paper dispenser. some traffic noise. Renovation was still going on.
