Our room was beautiful and i liked the fact that it had a kitchenette.

Very Good location in the capital city, specifically New Kingston. Shopping is nearby, taxis are easy to get.
Location was great and most of the staff were friendly.
The peace and quiet. A good little hideaway.
The lobby was a turn off. It was poorly decorated and the furniture was old.
We ordered lunch from our room at 12: 30pm but was told that lunch wasn't ready and the cook was not there.
the bed sheets and pillow cases looked as if they had not been changed. we were too tired to complain.
The rooms were spacious, but the facilities are dated.
For a few hours in the night we didn't have water, electric Kettle didn't work, electric stove barely worked.
The place was not clean, tiles were chipped and appeared dirty. Saw
roaches twice. Shower did not work properly sometimes.
The facility needs to be refurbished. Bathroom could have looked better, it had rust wood and looks unkempt.
