This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The rooms was clean and comfortable, and had good air condition, which is essential during the summer in Venice. Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away).
The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking).

I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people
