Good location, near to the water bus stop and near to all the sites of Venice. A great find, enabling all the family to spend time together which was brilliant. The apartment was big and the beds were comfortable.
Great location - clean -modern design. We had top floor appt with great views over rooftops. Close to all amenities. Owner met us at vaparetto and took us to appt as we arrived late at night. Great service. all reviews »
The apartment was located right at the heart of the city in San Marco and near all the main locations. Was easily accessible by the vaperetto and had good many restaurants nearby.

Shower prone to flooding - but this prob may have been resolved after our visit.
Venice was beautiful but on the whole - Venetians not at all friendly - made us feel like they were doing us a favour by letting us come there. Tourism is their main economy yet they were not v tourist friendly. Expensive to travel on vaparetto - especially as we had a family but easy to walk everywhere if u don't visit other islands. Great place to get lost.
No lift in the apartment which is manageable.
Shower facilities were sub standard which is unfortunate. Keep the windows closed at night to avoid the mosquitoes.
Some rack, self or chair are missed in the bathroom.
No Internet....we felt a little long from the parking as Arsenale by vapperato is close to one hour by line 1, and we were tired!!.
No pots or pans were available, though provided the next day.
