The location was excellent - very private and quiet, yet close to Corso
Ovidio with its shopping and cafes. The accommodation itself was lovely.
Comfortable bed, new interior, good sized bathroom and handy kitchenette
with an espresso pod machine.

The breakfast was good, but should include the fantastic local Abruzzo
produce - especially the cheese and salume. Fresh bread and milk would
be great as well. The kitchen was missing a tea-towel to dry dishes, a
chopping board and a kettle.

Hard to locate and at the end of a long drive we then had to call our host to advise of our arrival and then wait 10 minutes for him to arrive and open up. Parking is awkward and not nearby, although our host was helpful in this respect. Appreciate that Sulmona is a bit out of the way but found the whole experience not consistent with what we'd come to expect in other areas.
