The best value of this Hotel is Staff. All of them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan area visit.

  Very friendly owners that went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Healthy breakfast options as well as pastries. They offer pick and drop-off to the local station or to Milan's Malpensa airport, so it was very convenient and easy, even with early flights &luggage, and a 1 hour train ride into Milan. There is a very large double room... what people say » next to a twin room in its own private area, making it perfect for families. Although they didn't speak much English, the good intentions were there - Everything, the owners do not speak English but their friendliness and willingness to please cannot be surpassed. The property both inside and outside is first class and the array of food available for breakfast, albeit continental is excellent. We only stayed one night but would certainly stay longer and use it as a base to tour the area.

  This hotel was outstanding. It was close to the Malpenza airport, had covered garage parking at no cost and had shuttle service. The cost was reasonable, breakfast was outstanding and their recommendation to a local restaurant was great.   I was concerned about the noise being so close to the airport, which is why we chose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as it was sound proof. It was one of the best night sleep I had while on our three week tour. this was our last night. Beds and linen wan very comfortable and clean. We would stay again if we needed to fly out from Malpensa airport. A pleasa - For someone who needs to stay a few days ...or even just one night this hotel is just an excellent choice: Shuttle connected to both terminals, quiet area with nice surrounding, rooms are very clean ...as indeed just everything at the hotel, nice luminous reception, sitting area and breakfast hall decorated in warm colors. Good breakfast. Indeed helpful kind and sympathetic staff. I would like to have all my hotels this style. Highly recommended.

  Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws: - The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees. - The were no light bulbs in the la... what people say » mps over the beds (!). - No toilet paper in the toilet paper holder. - The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l - The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell
