friendly staffs, very polite and helpful. very good breakfast. good view, big window...It takes 25 minutes to walk from the train station but even if you don't have a car, it's nice to walk down the hill after breakfast. They helped me make a reservation at a restaurant nearby which was very good!. The location is marvelous and it is easy to be found.Many trees and very clean.Strongly recommended as one of the most nice hotels at Sienna.

The Hotel is quite far from the Siena downtown.man at the front desk. Towels were very cheep and the olny normal transport to the center was taxi.I have never slept in a bed so hard. I had not appreciated that the hotel does not have a restaurant for an evening meal. However, they did recommend a very good restaurant in Sienna.The towels were like dishcloths. Rooms a bit sparse. Long way from centre of Siena. breakfast was poor and there are not enough chairs/beds at the pool - we had to change the room because it smelled of smoke.Refri didn/t work. Staff promised to have it fixed but could not keep astraight face...
