large, quiet second floor room.. nearby conveniences(pasteries,bus,groceries). Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free use of laptop in reception was very useful. Not noisy.wifi did not work in my room. most staff more interested in the tourist touring business than serving hotel clients(tours to Siena, wine area ,Florence, etc.). we had to wait several minutes while they answered the phone for tour bookings. it took several hours before they returned my passport because they were busy doing tour things.
