  very friendly, good people, lovely local food , very rural but non the worse for that. good value for money, room was warm and cosy, not too fussy- just right. - the atmosphire, and the owners !

  The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful view overlooking Lake Como. The beds were large and comfortable. The hotel is located off of a narrow, winding drive up from the main road around Lake Como, but there was plenty of parking.   The apartment was lovely and well equipped. It was recently renovated. The landlord was very helpful. The little village of Argegno was beautiful and the locals were friendly.   The staff couldn't do enough to help, and went above and beyond. The rooms were ridiculously clean - very well kept and maintained. Food was lovely - breakfast everyday on the terrace over looking the lake is the best way to start the day. On the lake's edge next to the ferry. The quality of the food & service was the best in Argegno at the same price as other restaurants. The waiter de-boned the baked fish at our table.
