The location was fantastic, just 20 minutes walk from the centre of the town. We had the view of typical Tuscan landscape. The breakfast was in the patio with the view of San Gimignano. What more is there to say -the Hotel was the best of the 5 we stayed at during our holidayboth for cleanliness,excellence of staff and facilities.

Fantastic view, pleasant walk back to tourism, helpful staff, comfortable room, peaceful surrounding. One of the best 3 stars hotel swimming pool. Nice place, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was very cold on August so you dont need to pay more rent for a swimming pool :). The situation of the hotel. Close to San Gimmigano. No free wi-fi, even in public areas. We had to pay for it but internet was rather slow. Nothing. Nothing specific. 1 croissant each for breakfast was a bit too mean. Rest of continental Bkf was kind of oK. nothing,it was perfect. There was some local trafficnoise. nothing. The room was dark and there was no minibar. Breakfast was average and also I cant say the staff was that cheerful :). Too expensive. The bathroom are old. Not free Wifi. Not free towels for the pool, The receptionist was not very nice.
