  very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price. I was surprised I did not except the nice breakfast nor a decent size room . Most hotel rooms in rome are tiny . there is usally one foot between the wall and the bed. . This had two feet. The hotel is clean and very nice.

  Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Breakfast although continental was lovely with a selection of pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was also provided.   Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right.
