  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! Certainly o... what people say » n my must list!! - The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch. This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

  location is very central, you can walk everywhere. In mid Trastevere. Except for the church bells next door, it was very quiet. The little road was cute and surrounding area. Fact that it was a place on its own with no other other people.
