  Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture.   Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the room with external bathroom, which was absolutely comfortable as the bathroom is just 2 s... what people say » teps from the room. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  There was a problem with our room when we got to the B&B. The one we've chosen was occupied so we were transferred to another B&B just behind the corner. It was definitely not the standard I would expect so I raised it with the host and had been put on the phone with the owner. It got sorted very well at the end as we received an apology, ... what people say » we were transferred to the room we booked the very next morning and we got a substantial discount as well. The host in the later place was just amazin - It is very close to the subway! The Christina who takes care of the rooms were so sweet and helpful, made ​​you feel comfortable immediately. A short distance after the Via Leone at the Via Candia exist a perfect patisserie with the best ice cream all over Rome.

Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner!
