We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.   The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way. Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!).   The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs.   We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable.
