Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub. Staff treated us with courtesy and we had a bunch of pleasant micro surprises upon check-in: like free wifi, though initially declared at a charge, free and refillable mini-bar for the whole three days of our stay, etc. However, I don't think it's a sure thing for absolutely all guests ever. The hotel was quite clean and I couldn't imagine what to find a fault with. They also have a prett. all reviews
We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions. The hotel is very modern and smart with very nice bar, restaurant and bedrooms. The staff were excellent throughout th.
The staff were extremely professional and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome the minute we arrived at the Hotel UNA. A late return from the Rock in Roma Bruce Springsteen concert made Hotel UNA the perfect location as it was just a few minutes walk from Termini. The contemporary design makes the hotel very stylish without being overstated and on a sultry Rome evening it was wonderful to return to the cool atmosphere of the hotel. We both agreed that the huge sumptuous bed was the mos.
We (my wife and I) love everything about this hotel, location is just beside the railway station, its just a good starting point to go anywhere using bus or metro.
The hotel is Luxurious and the staffs are friendly, and wow, we've got an upgrade, what a surprise! the Junior Suite Room was excellent, the finishings of the interiors are remarkably detailed, and feel exclusive.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's less than a 5 minute walk from Termini Station from where one can get a train either to Fiumicino airport or to Civitavecchia port. Excellent choice for people who are starting a cruise from Civitavecchia. Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are spacious,bathroom fantastic. Breakfast is buffet and it's excellent , they even have gluten free food in all restaurants. I would definately recommend it!!.
The rooms were first class. The hotel is very close to the Roma Termini and bus routes making travel easy. They provided and excellent breakfast. Staff very attentive. They also provide 7 euro cocktails for happy hour which also includes excellent canapés. The dining room is outstanding- much better than restaurants on the street. Do yourself a favour and have the cocktails and then enjoy the dinner!.
The hotel was amazing. We got a free upgrade with free wifi and free mini bar access. Huge, clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast. great location. Very friendly staff who were very helpful when our 12 month old daughter became sick, they made calls and helped us work out which hospital to go to. When we are in Rome next we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

They made tour and dinner arrangements for us. The breakfast buffet was
excellent. The quality of the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent
and different than the typical food in Italy. The hotel was very clean
and I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
The restaraunt staff were excellent. When I arrived I mentioned to them
that my girlfriend couldn't have gluten. Several days later when she
arrived and we were at the restaraunt the staff immediately brought out
gluten free bread and informed her of the gluten free options on the
menu. This was fantastic and especially helpful.
The UNA Hotel is located in an excellent location and walking distance to all attractions, very close to train station if you need to catch train to other destination or airport, excellent facilities, very clean and large rooms, comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Would recommend this hotel over and over again.

Everything ! Close to Railway station. Excellent breakfast-buffet style. We stayed for two nights prior to taking the train to Lecce for 9 days and two more nights on our return.

Location very central just a short walk from Termini station. Rooms are a nice size and modern design and bathroom is large. Fantastic buffet breakfast and we enjoyed a few pre dinner cocktails! Cant fault the hotel . I booked this for my husbands 50th birthday and so glad I did .
The room was large and the decor was excellent. We had trouble with the wifi in one room and we were moved to another room by a very helpful fellow in reception. The breakfast was more than excellent and I felt like taking a photograph as it was such a big spread.

Brakfast could have been improved a bit: They didn't have fried eggs, and all three days breakfast menu was the same. Salami and ham did not have a natural taste, while Bacon was pretty good. Overall the breakfast was not worth of four stars

Its a bit hard to find coz it didnt have a big logo outside the building, we missed the hotel several times, even by walking. You should put an obvious sign like UNA hotel in Milan.
But other then that.. absolutely nothing we didnt like, everything is just excellent.
Area around the Termini Station is not very clean.
The Wi-Fi was very flaky. It was out on one occasion for 24 hours and we had problems with it on other occasions.

Only downside was there were one too many unfriendly characters hanging around on the streets later at night (after 10pm), but you get that in most big cities I suppose.

The only thing that I can think of is that the shower in the second room was over a bath and the only way to could get in and out was by walking onto the sloping end of the bath which when you are all wet could be a slip hazard.
The hairdryer in the bathroom was useless but I asked reception for another one and they brought me a proper hairdryer. Can't complain at that!.

This hotel charges you for everything...and I mean EVERYthing. My boyfriend proposed to me at the hotel and asked the lobby bar if he could borrow two wine glasses to celebrate and they actually charged him 10 Euro!!! I also made two local calls (to make restaurant reservations) and was charged for that as well. For the price/night of this hotel, all of that should have been free...then again, the Italian economy IS struggling, so I guess they look for any way to squeeze money from guests.

As most previous reviews say, wifi isnt included and is expensive - €6
per hour. The location wasnt bad but it is a good 20min walk to the main
attractions however this was fine for us.
Because it`s near the Termini, you can face a very weird people around there and also, the hotel is more likely to be an executive and expensive than a turistic hotel.

We had to leave at 7:30 and a long line for breakfast was already outside of the dining area at 6:45 awaiting the 7:00 opening, so we were unable to get anything for our prepaid breakfast.
