This sweet, tucked away, near the Colosseum, bed breakfast is the perfect place to stay for couples on the go. The room was spotless, bathroom perfect, had even a small flatscreen TV with German channels to watch Tatort ;-)
Breakfast is in your room along with a small fridge for your convenience. Stock up on water! Rome is really warm and always buying water from the vendors can be expensive!
Little hint* there is a small pizza/bakery if you walk in the opposite direction of the colosseum. We. all reviews »
We loved everything. I was slightly skeptical about how great all the reviews were on this place, but they were all truthful! We will recommend this place to all of our friends and will stay there again when we return! Simone is very nice and helpful...and is very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, well lit, bathroom was larger than most typical European bathroom which was nice. The breakfast was more than enough and the bed (for my 6'5" tall husband and I) was p.
Simone and Sarah are very friendly, helpful and just a very nice couple. Simone picked me up from the train station which was very much appreciated. He looked up mass times for me at the nearby church. He was a such a great help.
The B&B is beautiful and clean. My room was spacious and nicely decorated. Great location near the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggoire church. Breakfast is good and is served in the room.
Owners were fantastic - so helpful and friendly - Helped organised tickets in advance for sight-seeing so we didnt have to wait in any ques.

Simone is an incredibly hospitable and welcoming owner, nothing is too much trouble, he's also a perfect english speaker, which means there are no misunderstandings and he could answer any questions that we had.

The location was wonderful. It was next to a pleasant park in front of the Colosseum. Simone gave us a wonderful welcome. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I liked the idea of freedom with having breakfast when we wanted. The Internet worked! We did all our sightseeing on foot from here. If you stay here, you will have a very enjoyable time.

Fantastic B&B hideaway in Rome down a quiet hidden drive. Clean well designed rooms, modern facilities. Good location to walk around the city. Neighborhood is charming although slightly desolate late at night. Owner went out of his way to take care of us, even giving me a lift to the train station early in the AM. Highly recommended.
Very friendly welkom. We were able to check in at 11a.m. Great location (5 minutes walk from Victor Emanuelle metro station) and very quiet (slept with open windows). Simone took time to give us all the information we required and recommended an excellent restaurant 5 minutes away. We can recommend this B&B and hope to be back some day.
The location is fantastic, the staff helpful, and taxi drivers always knew where the street was so getting back was easy if we didn't want to walk. The room is basic but neat and comfortable and in a fairly secure complex. WiFi was okay, as were the basic breakfast provisions. We enjoyed our stay here.
The rooms here were very clean and the bathroom decent. When we arrived, we were greeted by an employee who didnt speak any English at all but she called Simone over the telephone and he explained everything. The location is okay, close to the metro but I would probably stay further in next time.
Great location and excellent facilities makes this B&B one of the best we have stayed at.Simone the host is very friendly and extremely helpful.He even picked us up when we got lost and had problems finding the right street.We will certainly stay there again on future visits to Rome.

noise (though local tom-cat did his best at night)! Good feeling of

A lovely B&B in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. The owner and staff were very helpful. There is a seated courtyard to relax in with free WiFi. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. What a great city.
Location was perfect, a few hundred meters from the Coliseum. Simone (the owner) was very friendly and welcoming, gave a lot of information about the city and spoke superb English. We were even left a bottle of sparkling rose for our last night.

Loved this place, the owners were fantastic, freindly and made you feel really welcome, we were there for our honeymoon and they went the extra mile for us! Rooms are modern and very comfortable.
Excellent, friendly, accommodating Staff. Location was perfect - minutes walk to the sites with excellent cafes and restaurants even closer. Rooms were very clean and new.
The host was extremely helpful and made us very welcome. Our trip was better because of him. He even called and arranged a hire car for us when we were leaving Rome.

The location wasn't terrible but wasn't the best. The breakfast was on the poorer side, dry biscuits, spreads etc but on the positive side Simone delivered fresh bread and croissants in the morning to every room.
