Room was very comfortable...Very comfortable Queen-size bed...adjustable air conditionong...great shower in bathroom...room turned down and towels changed twice daily! all mod cons and spacious too!! Hotel was very quiet. The understated elegance of the hotel was very appealing. It was quiet and the staff very helpful and friendly. The area for breakfast out in the courtyard with the fountain was very relaxing and the breadfast quite good. It was very nice to come back to this hotel after a full day of sightseeing.The staff is very helpful and friendly, followed up on all our requests promptly and imeediately. We travelled with a 10 month old baby and we found that the staff is very baby friendly. The restaurant is excellent in all respects and the spa is great, too. Wonderful location, very tranquil. A stylish hotel - the rooms are extremely comfortable and well equipped. There is a delightful courtyard for drinks and breakfast.Everthing great stay would go back again. If any thing dining in hotel very different but food good a little expensive even for us. the location was very good - walking distance to all major sights, staff very nice and helpful, rooms modern and comfortable.The quality of the finishings - very luxurious. There was a motorbike parking just under our windows, so it was quite noisy at times. The soundproof could be better. The piped music. You could hear a few doors banging throughout the hotel due to its acoustics but not a mjor problem - just drank more wine on the second night. a bit secluded area at night...An outdoor pool would be a real asset to the hotel. The roof terrace (which seems to be run by someone other that the hotel) should really be open on Sundays and Mondays. It's a real shame for it to be closed during the days as well as on Sundays and Mondays. Prices of the drinks on the roof terrace 25 euros a cocktail very good but very overpriced. Facilities expensive - 25$ per person for room service breakfast / 18$ per person for a drink on the roof terrace. The price was very high. We were staying on business so weren't as concerned about price as if we had been there for personal holidays. We stayed 4 nights. Our first night was twice the price of the next 3 nights. Same room, all nights mid-week, and the hotel wouldn't budge on the price for the first night.Roof top terrace was closed. Nothing. That we had to pay to watch TV. Service by staff for local events (tickets for Vatican museum, information on exhibitions, information on tours) was insufficient as a result of lack of resources. Information was either not available or wrong. All reservations and gathering of information needed to be done by ourselves, be it at the free (!!) internet facility.the terrace was closed when I was there. it is too early to close that beautiful area. There was very hot in the hotel, all the night the window was open and it was very noisy. We just missed the openning of the rooftop facilities, we were looking forward to using them. Rooms are a bit small. the hotel is very nice but the location is bad because it located in a very small street and every thing is far from the hotel and the price is littel bit expincive. The bar/waiting and spa staff were rather slow but very helpful when asked. Heating was out of order during 2 days. very bad reception, They behave like "we have a local monopoly and wedon't care about the service (being polite, sense of customer service). Restaurant card extremely expensive (Club Sandwich at 30€!). What a shame.swage at bath room was stinky, bad smell . thus i required to improve the stuathion . and then they changed my room to other one, but the new room was quire smaller and few days after the new room of swage of bath room went to bad smell. this is unacceptable stuation to me. I regret that I did not book Exdra hotel near near Termini station. I really concern about sanitation quality at the hotel..
