The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The most important thing is the room is clean enough and have good wifi connection. Besides croissant or toast, you can also try some Chinese style breakfast,it's pretty good!!!.
all reviews » this place is only a few metres from termini train station, and although the termini neighbourhood is not too good, this place is quietly tucked away in a side street so you wont be bothered by any of that. staff is very nice and helpful, hotel and room interior are minimal but everythings clean. our room was quite spacy too. nothing romantic or special but for this price and our needs very satisfying!. The owner really provides wonderful services! We really have good time and enjoy the place! One thing that we feel desparated is that we can't stay here for more days! Thanks the owner for the great experience of the stay and Rome. We sincerely thanks the owner and likes hom very much! Come to Taiwan and stay with us!! We already miss the place as soon as we leave the hostel. Hope to meet you soon!. Location: Very close to Roma Termini Station. Very convenient after a long travel. A lot of tour bus are available and better than metro. The owner will prepare your breakfast every morning with coffee, milk, toast and fresh Italian croissant. Feel free to communicate with the owner if you need something else. The rooms were clean and big enough. Good service; The room is big,recently decorated; the shower water was fine; it's quiet although it's very close to the central station. There is a small kitchen with refregerator and oven. It helped a lot as we used them to store some food and warm some food. The room was really clean and tidy, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was good as its less than a 5 minute walk to the main station and metro lines, and a 10-15 minute walk to Saint Mary Maggoire Basillica. Thomas was a great host, very accommodating. The room was spacious with a great bathroom, tv, wi-fi, safe box and storage. The location meant that it was easy for us to see Rome in just a weekend!. Thomas is a great and wonderful host. There are just 4 rooms ,so you don't have a lot of choices. But we are satisfied with most of the things :). None!. Most of things were fine. The wall is thin. The breakfast let this place down, it was just toast and coffee. And whilst the location was good for transport, it was about a half an hour walk in to the centre of the city. It was a tad cold at night, but apparantly this is due to the automatic heating system of the whole building. Terminal station is well-located but a bit dirty. The B&B is absolutely very clean. No aircon despite the description. Only 4 rooms in total, and you need to contact the owner upon arrival if not there's no way to get into the condominium compound. (No.13 on Enrico Cialdini) No noise from the train station but streets downstairs had people hanging out till late sometimes. No ringbell No sign. Bad Breakfast (wich is not a problem because of the location). very simple breakfast. Kind of difficult to find - no significant signs indicating that a b&b is located in an apartment house // thin walls. We thought we were staying in a hotel.It was an apartment block,with no major signage of RegiaRoma.The lift very small.The breakfast was a croissant tea or coffee if you were lucky.As long as you didn't want to eat when one of the other rooms were using the kitchen table.(there were 3 other rooms on the 4th floor who were owned by RegiaRoma).I also did not like the area next to Rome central train station.Very dirty,alcohol being drunk on the streets (bottles everywhere.)Did not feel safe.
