We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. Upon returning few hours later it was placed in the room, which is spacious and very quiet. The staff also suggested restaurants and things to visit. We did not hear the sounds of the traffic. All sorts of things were prese. all reviews
Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.
There is some local restaurants, and under the hotel, th.
Location! It's perfect to all directions, walking distance to all the main attractions in old town of Rome and the Vatican City. We loved the design of the suit and the room was beautiful and spacious. Very good service although no breakfast included. The apartment has everything you need but make sure you do not try to shop a complete breakfast at the little store on the opposite side of the street. Neither the bread nor the meat was nice. We will come back for sure!!!.
The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was fantastic value for money and the coffee maker has made me purchase one in the Uk. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day which I did not expect. On the day of departure we vacated the room but were allowed to leave the cases there for the afternoon. Well happy and would certainly use again.
This is a beautifully designed self contained bedroom with kitchenette area. The decor is very chic and stylish and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, a short walk from Piazza Navona and surrouned by some lovely narrow street (which have lots of shops/cafes/restaurants) etc. I would highly recommend.
Excellent location near Piazza Navona, the Vatican and to good bus links throughout Rome. Supermarket nearby and handy welcome pack supplied by owners to bet you started. Right next to a great Deli and local reasonably priced cafe and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Excellent location
Very stylish and clean hotel
A few free drinks and snacks in compact kitchette which a nice surprise for Italy (normally charged a fee)
Very friendly staff with excellent communication before our trip.
Excellent place to stay. However, there are very few (3?) rooms; be sure to give the time of your arrival so that there is somebody to meet you. Otherwise you will have to make a call and wait.
The space and decoration, kitchen allowing for self catering (not many supermarkets nearby so need to plan to shop) great shower room plus a separate washroom with toilet bidet and washbasin.
We loved the place and the outstanding assistance: warm atmosphere and the bravissima Carla always helpful.
Raffaello Charmsuites became our loyal option whenever staying in Rome.
Location is the best in downtown. Very comfortable and fashion design. All the services are perfect. We've appreciate a lot the small kitchen in room: stylish and useful.
The apartment was beautiful! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and centrally located. The staff were lovely, especially Carla! Would definitely stay here again!.
Very comfortable and interestingly designed apartment. Extremely clean and in a good location on the St Angelo Bridge ten minutes walk from The Vatican.
We have nothing but nicest things to say about the facilities and the staff especially Carla.
Would stay again at the same place without a doubt.

Excellent, central location with immaculate rooms, good air conditioning, lots of space and helpful, friendly staff.

A very beautiful place to stay with nice amenities. Great location, near the Vatican and Piaza Navona.
Wonderful location! The staff was accommodating to our needs when we had
questions.
Very accommodating. Nicely remodeled...spacious. Great shower! We would go back!!.

Location, quiet.
Everything!!.
Everything!.
Location, cleanliness of the room, facilities in the room.
There was nothing to complain about.
Nothing of significance. Our room looked on to the road, which did mean that you could hear the traffic noise, but it wasn't significant. Certainly not a reason to not stay here!.
nothing.
Can be hard to spot from the road, no obvious signage.
Parking can be difficult but this is the same for all of Rome and not the accommodations fault.
Difficult to locate...could do with a clearer sign to aid access on first floor.
We were only two, so it was great for us, but three adults would find it uncomfortably small.
-wifi signal not strong enough
-no 24hour reception or staff in case spmething happens.
Some English-speaking TV channels would have been nice, as I was ill and had to spend a lot of time in the room. Some guide material for Rome in the room.
We were bumped from our room for the last night because the room was
double booked so they moved us to a different room. It would have been
nice to have had access to an iron.
mattrasses were a bit thin.
No bath tub. Walking for long in the city surely makes one want to soak legs and feet.
The hotel sign was too small, really hard to find.
Photos much better than reality.
Parking.
It gets a bit noisy during the mornings but it's obvious due to the centric area.
Shabbiness of the entrance door and corridors. We pre-booked offered
limousine services from the Charmsuite staff for airport transfers on
the day of arrival and departure. Both failed to materialise leaving us
stranded and having to organise alternative transport. We would not
recommend booking or relying on this service.
