I travelled to Rome with my mum, neither of us having visited before. I did a lot of searching on the internet before deciding on the Navona Gallery and Garden Suites as our accommodation of choice. We were both delighted with this beautiful 'home'. It was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay. Unique and full of character we immediately felt it was 'our house' in the middle of the street. Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. When we return to Rome this is the only place that.
all reviews » Everything!! Service provided by Sylvia was of an exceptionally high order. Room was large, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small, but very clean. There is also a lovely central garden terrace area that all guests are able to use. The absolute best thing though is the location, just 200m from Piazza Navona and five minutes walk from the Pantheon. The hotel is in a cobblestone street lined with shops and restaurants, but is set well back from t. Navona Gallery and Garden Suites is in a brilliant location with lots of restaurants and bars around and within walking distance of most sites. The staff were fabulous in helping us with an issue with our hire car and giving us advice about what to do in Rome. The rooms are comfortable, decorated with antique furniture and the hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome's narrow streets. Highly recommend!. The location, almost every important tourist attraction is within a 15 minute walk. The staff were friendly. Although the hotel was right smack in the centre of a busy street, surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, and bars, once the large, heavy wooden doors of the hotel entrance were closed, you wouldn't be able to hear the outside noise. There was no room service, i.e., housekeeping staff wer enot reachable by phone. if i have to nitpick, the bathroom was a little small, but not a problem , really!. Shower was lacking in power, but system due to be de-scaled. shower could do with being a bit bigger speaking as an extra medium size person. If I had to be very pedantic, the shower spray was horizontal and always soaked the bathroom floor but, not really an issue. Nothing!. Nothing!. Wish we had balcony although down side would have been possible noise. lack of slippers. Nothing. Room a bit small for three people, but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit cramped and not really finished.
