Closeness to termini station, close to the colleseum. Friendly staff, very clean rooms. I liked that the hotel was so close to the Termini train station, providing easy links via the Metro to all main tourist attractions. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean too.What you see on the website is what you get. Location is excellent. The staff were very friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!.

All 4 room dont have to close door can walk freely. Only lock when we go to sleep.Very convenient for lnks with Airport and major sites. One had bugs in bed and a broken shower door. They were able to move them the next day. Most of staff friendly and spoke english. Air conditioner is paid apart (but still worthy), the soaps were not changed daily.Pay extra for airconditioning. extra charge for air condition, poor breakfast, no internet connection. The rooms are on the upper floors and the reception on the ground floor without intern connection, the hall is very cold and waiting for the lift is not plaisant. We did not like wiew from window- air condicioners, and roof, nothing else, only cruasan and untasty coffe for breakfast.rooms are cleaned every day except for the floor. As non-smokers we did not enjoy this!. Constuction work just below my room, which woke us both up earlier than8am each morning, The double was just two single beds pushed togetherwhich separated during the night.
