It is one very nice hotel which will be renovated soon and, therefore, it will have much better service. service, breakfast. Location, and comfort, recently renovated. Rooms were spacious and modern. The next time I am in rome I will stay at this hotel. Approx 15- 20 min to Airport and 30-30 min via bus to Rome center. Breakfast, the professional staff at the reception, general cleanliness and comfort of the room.
all reviews » Sweet and helpful staff. The staff is very friendly and speak good English what is very seldom in Italy. The rooms are always neat and tidy, change bed cloths every day. It is quite far from the center but it takes 25 minutes to go to the last stop by bus. And the bus stop is opposit the hotel. The breakfast is very tasty and good, you will not feel hungry untill the evening! It was a good stay!. Smoking room. Good sized room. Good parking. Good breakfast including bacon and eggs. Bus from front of hotel to central rome takes 20 minutes, but dont expect a seat. Breakfast is good.good place for relaxing and easy to reach the city center. The bar downstairs is definitely too expensive.it should be mantioned that the shuttle from the airport is not so frequant ( we waited 2 hrs) and cost around 10 euros per person plus getting there from the airport by public transportaion is not so easy. There was a lot of traffic noise around the clock and also lots of noise from the other rooms.During our stay, some construction work was being carried out, which caused a little disturbance. Also, the room temperatures were very uncomfortable, despite the air conditioning. The air conditioning seemed to work more effectively lin other parts of the hotel. Still under renovation (till mid-2009), so there were a few inconveniences. Wardrobe door in our room had come off, which was quite scary !. That in scandinavian counties is 2 star better than Italy 4 star and in Scandinavian Countries is WIFI is avalible for customer for free. In the middle of renovation, internet wasn't free like advertised and couldn't get internet even when paid for because it was down.the hotel was on repairs , there was alot of noise in front of the hotel. bedroom and bathroom seemed very grubby. Billed as 4 star I would only award 2 stars!. Noises and voices from neighbouring rooms and outsides were bothering as there was no good sound isolation from outside. really thin walls but we stayed for only one night. it is close to the airport, so it is ok for one night.For example, I don't understand why has this hotel 4 stars, I gave to this hotel nearly 2 stars. Rooms were horrible, everything was old, and the walls were from paper, so I heard the noices from others rooms. The hotel is far away from center, even from metro station. The metro station is 20 min by bus + 10 min. by walk. Terrible. The site showed pictures of newly renovated rooms and the offer was for old rooms that were less than stellar and certainly did not qualify for 4 star status. This is the equivalent of a bait and switch. The site should include info on the cost of shuttle service.obsolute and outworn furniture, and the whole hotel facilities. Yes, the rooms that appear on the site are few, and I was hosted in a very ungly room, that can not take not even 2 stars.This hotel doeas not belong to the 4*category hotels - quality of the services was very low in comparison with other 4*hotels. Personal was not reliable. We have ordered the privat limousine from the airport to the hotel at the date of our arrival, the hotel confirmed it but did not arrange it and no body was waiting for us at the airport. Also at the end we had to apply for transfer 3times!. It's not more then 2 stars hotel. Dirty rooms, broken basin, damagedbaseboard and so on.On arrival we thought the place was closed down due to its drab appearance. The staff were helpful in spite of the conditions they had to work in. We stayed on two separate nights, our first room was grubby and dirty carpets in hallways.
