The bed and breakfast is situated in a very quiet and beautiful green area, with a nice courtyard surrounded by trees. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, they have a balcony and solid aluminium blinders. In the rooms you will find a tv, a hair dryer, a tea maker, tea bags, sugar, honey, a disposable razor and clean towels. The bathroom, although you'll share it with the other 2-3 rooms per floor, it is very, very clean and spacious, with bathtub, shower and bidet, soap, shampoo and toile.

They were really helpful, ready to give us advices and tips...Hotel was very clean, very nice designed ... we stayed in green room, it was big, with comfortable bed, table, we had balcony, lots of pillows...really cute. We had shared bathroom - actually we could use 2 bathrooms. Even we shared them, it was nice and clean all the time. We used fridge in the kitchen, where we could also prepare our own food. There were sweet breakfast in the morning, also coffee. Wash. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the connection to the center is very good. Everything, especially staff!. It is 20-25 minutes by bus to the nearest metro station. But connections are really good in whole Roma, there are also night lines, we had no problem to get back to the hotel even after midnight. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is bit hard to find, the gate to it is behind a gas station without any kind of a sign, it's easy to miss. The breakfast was just a couple pieces of sweet pastry, whis was too little for big guys like us and we always had to get something to eat right after we went to the city. Would have appreciated an option of some bread, rolls, cheese or ham - ie something more like an usual continental breakfast. A bit far from the center, breakfasts could be more various, but it is good for this money. The building is a bit noisy. You can hear the other guests in the bathroom. The b&b is not very close to the city center, but you can get there by bus, tickets are not expensive and the busstop is nearby. The towels was not changed for 4 days. At many buildings are, There was no advertising by hotel. Frowst, unventilated rooms. Broken windows; bathroom for private use is located on another floor, where one should go through the reception and breakfast room; very cold bathroom with no wc paper there; broken armrest right from the stairs on the first floor, take care especially with children.
