Hotel Manfredi is a small boutique hotel only three blocks from Spanish Steps. It is located on a quiet street that is known for it's speciality shopping. The staff is small and the feeling personal. Rooms small but elegantly appointed. Comfort level high. Small restaurant open for breakfast and cocktail hour. Great value all around. The location in Rome is not only as convenient as it gets, but the street the Manfredi is on is wonderfully beautiful and romantic. The decor of the Hotel is charming and old world, to match the location. Also, the breakfasts are great, and the entire staff embody Roman Charm.

It wasn't our first stay in Manfredi, and next time we're in Rome - Manfredi will be the only choice. The hotel staff were always helpful. The rooms were very lovely and well decorated, felt like a luxury hotel (I am a very picky designer in nyc so aesthetics are important). Location is central to a lot of sights. Would stay and recommend again. Location is the secret of this hotel. You can reach all attractions by walking. Staff are very helpful. They helped me get tickets for Argentina vs. Italy match. Family room is excellent choice. Breakfast was good. A well run hotel in a surprisingly quiet loction near the Spanish Steps and near plenty of good restaurants. Competent and friendly staff. A pleasant breakfast and overall good value. We would stay here again. -Location, Location, Location -Staff are fantastic -Room was not big but very comfortible and freash and clean. -All TV, Movies are free. It does say on the screan that it cost money but it does'nt. It was non-tourist- Y. That says it all. No such thing. The shower in our room kept leaking and was not fixed properly when called upon. The elevator was not working as often and considering that it is almost a necessity, this was quite a nuisance (the hotel is located level three and above). There was no gym so if that is important, then consider elsewhere. Nothing to mention. Rooms are comfortable well furnished and adequate but small. The bed was a bit too small for me. Nothing to report. The Internet only work if you sat near the door in the room. There was a storm that knocked out the power and then the internet and the TV did not work at all for two days. The TV was no big deal, but in spite being on vacation my business requires attention which I could not attend to due to the poor service. DO NOT LET THIS KEEP YOU FROM THIS HOTEL UNLESS INTERNET IS A DEAL BREAKER. Extremely small superior double room with a split air conditioner system freezing you immediately cause installed right opposit your bed. If to open the window you'll get inside the noise of the city. Very few advantages for the room and hotel for more than 400€ per night. Shower was small and only hand wand worked. The low level of lighting in the rooms. Small rooms No bath. No negative remarks. Room next to the kitcheen, so very nosy in the morning. This hotel has a great location for tourists visiting Rome. The value for the price was poor. The hotel staff was unfriendly towards guests that did not speak Italian. The room we stayed in was right across from the kitchen area and was noisy very early in the morning and late into the night. You could hear the phone ringing at the desk in our room. Wasn't what I expected for the prices they are charging per night.
