Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable. My husband's wallet was stolen on the train/Metro (BE CAREFUL!) and the staff was very helpful and sympathetic!. Very very very very helpfull staff. The explained which places to visit, which buses to get, printed out tickets, spoke english. Also location was good, central close to train station, with restaurants near by, safe by night. Overall it was good.

But then that is Paris!. Hotel was a few rooms on the 5th floor. Although there was a lift, it was very old and scary! Room was very little, with the tinest bathroom I have ever seen (toilet was actually inside the shower) We were close to the reception so we could here noises early morning and at night but overall it wasn't that bad. None. none. The hotel is on the fifth floor and the lift was very small, an old fashion affair that looked to be at least 50 years old. Very interesting to look at and photograph but troublesome with loading on a couple with luggage because of its size. The shower was also very very small. One could hardly turn around in it. only not so good thing Iis bathroom tiny.... Toilet in shower .but worth it for price and location. the shower was bit inconvenient, but that's not a big deal. No air condition, sheets were not that clean. Showers were on the floor without any doors or borders. Bit noisy as you may hear it from side rooms. Breakfast. The room was tquite crampy/small as compared to another hotel that we stayed in the same vicinity and the bed was very loose/noisy so even if u take a turn there wud be a noise. It was more expensive than another hotel which had a better bed. As, in Rome we preferred to walk and cover the city hence sound sleep / rest was utmost important for us. ...not the quitest room we've ever had. The wifi was only available in the room for the first day/night. We had to hangout along the corridor to get wifi reception for the next 2 days/nights. We did complain to the reception but the answer given was that our room was quite far from the signal. Funny though since we had a strong signal on the first day/night. There was this funny smell in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged. Room could have done with walls being cleaned or a paint touch up Some of the furnishing eg shower curtain had seen better days and needed replacement. Breakfast should be more than one coffee and one donut. Had a lot of trouble getting the wifi to work during my stay; apparently they had different networks for different corridors and they weren't able to get them working well for us. But they certainly tried, and told us of a nearby internet point we could use instead. It wasn't hot while we were there but if it had been really hot the room would have been a bit uncomfortable from the lack of AC, keep that in mind. elevator is ugly and no sound proof in rooms .. wifi is very poor and useless .. No mirror provided in rooms. The room was a little too small. The room was very small. The noisiest plumbing I have ever heard in any hotel - and we travel a lot!. WiFi did not reach room. My room was next to the reception, on the first night I had to get up and ask to the receptionist to talk less loud, it was the worst experience in hotel I ever had, horrible. The impression given with the photos on letsbookhotel.com do not correspond with the actual look of the rooms which are not nicely decorated and almost depressing! Breakfast is very basic! Absolutely very poor value for the rate that is charged!. Hard to find. Just a Little sign on front of building indicating hotel on 5th floor. Found thanks to hotel valet across the street. Mildew in bathroom. Tall Cabinet in very small room almost fell on me. Clerk talked loudly during night, apparently on the phone. Broken bathroom drain system. Water flow out from bathroom. No floor mats available to dry it. No provide shower gel. Room booking location state in network is not same as exact stay place. Only being inform during registration. Free Booking cancellation only valid 5 days before the stay date. Not like other offer 2 days. The towels were very dirty.. The room for 2 people was so small.. The bathroom was not in a good condition. Terrible smell in rooms. The service was very bad, we got tricked into going to their other block of rooms up the road with no help with luggage and ended up much further away from Termini station where we wanted to be,we had to stay there as by then it was too late at night. The pillows were rock hard the shower was filthy and the air conditioning very loud. Many other things wrong but not enough space, be warned "Do not stay there.". Brothel, noisy and dirty! Lot of 'noise' at night you do not want to come here with children, not even by yourself! Bathroom and bed full of women hair, lots of cleaning to be done. Did not find any positive aspect, terrible, they say central location I say dark and dangerous area! Elevator is a tramp! Go and find other place!. The hotel was not as shown in photos. The rooms very very small and very very cold. Breakfast terrible.Has just a coffee and a croissant. I would not recommend it at all. Reception is shocking, places dirty, uncomfortable beds, be warned: there is no breakfast, but just a small coffee and cheap pastry.
