Great Location to start your trip visiting the Coliseum and the rest of Rome. Coliseum is only 15 mins by foot. Staff is extreamly warm and helpful giving me the map and recommending me where to eat, places to visit etc. Hotel is in a old building which makes u feel like u are actually living in someone’s house rather than in a hotel. Easy access from Rome Termini using the Metro.( Hotel is near Manzoni Station). Would definately stay here again when i’m in Rome.
all reviews » Location is really great, close to metro stations but for example Colosseum is only a 10 mins walk, the area is friendly so it is also worth walking. The building has recently been renovated, rooms are nice and look like on the pics. Special thanks to the host Gianluca who speaks English perfectly and provided lots of useful information, recommended cool restos and bars to visit. We absolutely enjoyed our being there.This b&b its the best place to spend few days in Rome:the position is perfectly connected to all the most important part of the town,bus and subway service is really closed to coliseum rooms. The rooms are super comfortable,new,modern and cleaned! The owners are young,really nice and friendly,they perfectly speak English,French and Spanish and they easly help their guests with any information or problem!. Great location close to the metro,Termini station and the Coloseum at walking distance! Gianluca is a very friendly and helpful person who gave good recommendations about where to eat and about places to see. Even though we had to share a bathroom and kitchen with other guests it was all clean. Good value for money!. Great staff that will show you how to see, and taste, Rome like a local- something you definitely don't get at a hotel. Huge rooms. Shared kitchen so you can make lunches/dinners. Really helpful and friendly staff. friendly environment. -Place, where this rooms are- next to the metro station, so if you go to vizit the city- i's perfect -Personel, who speeks english, spanish, french!( very rare in IT). room was quite nice and clean. 15 minute walk further from town than most hotels, but it is so easy to bus or metro and staff instructions made us so confident that we felt like locals even on our first metro ride. Bathrooms smelt very mouldy, although they looked clean. There was a rock concert on the nearby piazza that night. Try to avoid festivals if you need to sleep!. No thing. Kitchen. no television. -paper walls- we heard every step of our neighbour, so it made me wisper ;) - sticky bathrooms - big kitchen, when you can only make a tea- no microwave, and the cooking is forbiten- it made me think that student hostels are better at least. -no 24h a day reception -too many keys given to visitors, I'd like to get only 1 key to my room, and not 4 to different doors!.
