Location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome only a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Novana. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed. The hotel was beautiful, very much in keeping with Romes architecture. The rooms were spacious, clean, included a fridge and air con and a sofa/dining table outside of the bedroom. Hospitality was excellent, the hotel .
all reviews » The staffs were super! They made us feel coming back to Rome and this B&B again. When I asked some questions, they gave me more than I expected. The location was just around Navona where local people came and enjoyed restaurants and bars! We could find great restaurants and a super market just a few minutes from B&B. There are some buses pass by the main street near B&B, so we came back from Piazza Venice and Termini station by bus. It took only 1.5 Euro and 15 - 20 mins. What I lik. B&B In and Out 2 was a great place to stay and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone else. The staff was outstanding. Very welcoming and extremely helpful with any question or request. The location was perfect. Right near Piazza Navona and walking distance to all the big sites like the Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. but the immediate surrounding area was also great as well. Plenty of places to grab a drink or bite to eat, a local market, and not too crowded. Overall, we had a grea. We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Inn and Out 2. Our room was spacious and clean. It's ideally situated, walking distance to everything you would want to see. The owners are great, so friendly and the staff especially Kate(Caretaker of the B&B) was awesome, so helpful and always trying to assist in anyway. I would definately stay there again and recommend to anyone visiting Rome. Location, Location, location! Situated less then 100m from Piazza Navone this is a little gem, we walked everywhere. Though we arrived really late at night we were welcomed by our hostess.The staff (Thanks Kate!) is friendly and helpfull, the room was large and really high with a wooden ceiling, very charming. For citylovers who like to be in the hart of the action. A lovely, clean, B&B in the Navona area of Rome. Cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Nice and very friendly landlandy. (Only downside was the wi-fi that didn't work at all contrary to what was promised). But overall very good, we're definitely returning here!. Room was great! The only negative thing about this hotel was that although the location was fab, the hotel is above a very, very busy/noisy bar and a nightclub which continued into the early hours of the evening (even during the week). Which unfortunately meant we had many sleepless nights due to the noise - even with ear plugs in!. If anything, wi-fi was spotty in the back of our room near the bed, but it didn't really matter too much because the rest of our room had good coverage. There was nothing I didn't like, breakfast was ok, nothing grand, but I think they tried there best with what they could,I am just very fussy. Also, it was tough to carry all our suitcases up and down the stairs as there were no lifts. Bring earplugs. The hart of Rome bubbles with life, consequence is that if you do not party all night, you will need them!. A bar and nightclub near the B&B are noisy on Fri and sat night, however it is not drastic and we slept happily with ear plugs, and if you're not too tired it would be fun to go there yourself, lots of locals around. No elevator, the texi can not get to hotel but not far. Very lively quarter which may disturb light sleepers, who would need to sleep with the window shut. A bit noisy as the hotel is right in the busy tourist areas but then this is to be expected and its a small price to pay if you want the location !. As it is written in comments, rooms are noisy. But I think in that area all hotels has that kind of problem. Breakfast is on 2 star level. I booked suit with jacuzzi but it didn't work. Be ready that you pay for location. Anyway I staid happy. Luckily we arranged for airport pick up otherwise I do not think we would have found the place. The only way to identify the b & b is by looking on the doorbell. There are no other identifying marks. It's a little loud at night. There is a club right next door that makes it a little loud until about 12:30 or 1:00 am. If you go to bed early and can't sleep with a little noise, could be a problem. nothing. One of the keys was for a side door which was not pointed out to us, therefore we could not use. Also one key broke in front door.
