Very clean, cozy room and bathroom, modern furnishings, very friendly owners. Breakfast in a local cafe turned out to be more of a nice, local touch rather than an inconvenience. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended. Fantastic place. Lovely equipped, good location. Within 1/2 hour we walked to the centro storico. And the vatican is only 20 min. Room was quite small, but that was not a huge problem. The B&B is an apartment in a large apartment building - you could often hear noise from other apartments, not beacause neighbours were noisy, but because the building is very "accoustic".
